Current Radar - looks like some snow showers incoming.

METAR data shows some reports of it reaching the ground.

Getting a mix right now, moderate at times. Radar shows a nice line coming through, wet on the S end.

Took a quick vidoe as the front came through..

A little over 3" so far..

Woke up to an unexpected inch of snow during the night.  That is two nights in a row.  With these small accumulation events we have been getting, I've had a some sort of snowpack on my yard since Nov. 15.  I'd like to go through until April with out seeing my brown yard underneath the snow.

Last night was one of those annoying and obnoxious as hell elevation dependant events IMBY. You needed to be above 850 ft to still have snow on your ground when waking up this morning. That also happens to be elevation so I just made still having a little snow on my grass. I'm moving to a borough next weekend where my elevation will be up to 970 ft, but will get more direct sunlight than where I live now, so it will be interesting how the difference will go in snowfall with these near freezing events. If there is any difference even....
