18z EPS...what a mess. Read the labels. Posting SLP's, then 2 clusters of SLP's, & then the Control SLP

Here's the control...starts from Gulf...moves due north to 1st image. Then from there to 2nd image.

0z NAM & 18z GFS at the same time frame. This is PWAT. Moisture streaming north on NAM & completely shunted on GFS.

NAM would be more in the EURO/UKMET camp on further north system of some type if ya go beyond 84 hrs. Doesn't mean its correct....just pointing it out.

CMC is lovely!

Earlier phase. If this heads towards a phase then potential is there for a potentially colder, stronger winter storm.

Really never thought phase was an option & it still might be fulls gold but nice to see GFS trend closer that also...just late to the party

If only :classic_laugh:

The past few winters would have been epic here had the Canadian panned out

UK surface maps look like the ECM to a T, dry slot and all. Wont get too bent out of shape about it yet until the GFS confirms the trend.

If this year is an indication on cutoffs, snow would be tightly wrapped inside and just barely N/NW of the low
