0z NAM continues its trend of increasing totals here in Chicago since 0z last night. Quite the jump from 18z to 0z today. It's a nice trend, at least.

0z NAM is more amped overall. Confluence in NE is less and storm a bit slower meaning a chin hair more room to amplify.

I think the only reason they're not is the prolonged nature of the snow. They talked a lot about timing in their update.

Getting for real now 😂😂😂 barely 3 inches on the latest NAM and the latest runs of hrrr and 3k NAM are in the same boat. I cancelled my plans for my birthday tomorrow night 😂😂 just give me 3 inches please.
