...Burst of moderate snow this evening...

An upper level disturbance will track through the Ohio Valley this
evening and spread a swath of accumulating snowfall to much of the
area between 6 pm EST and midnight EST. Present indications point
to 2 to as much as 4 inches are possible between the highway 30
and 24 corridors.

Road surfaces will become snow covered and hazardous this evening.

Seems like a bit of a sneek attack on this one. Haha

Good luck to you north of I-70!  I shall be a little too far south for this bugger.

Peace!

Local mets saying this will be a light shoveling job tomorrow morning. I guess I'll take it if the Monday system doesn't do much around these parts.

Forecasted high today here was 24, but unless my weather station is acting up I'm pushing 32 right now. SMH - WAA never fails

If 18z NAM is correct, central OH  gets royally screwed tonight. At the rate things have been going, you can probably take this to the bank, LOL

Hmmm, this one snuck up on me. Was concentrated on Mondays clipper. Snow flurries started here about 45 mins. ago. Would be cool to get a surprise inch. Nickel and diming it this season!😆

This one is definitely going to overproduce by a long shot. I'm up to 1.5" already, and there's a lot more to come:

Really hoping this messes with things enough to force the Monday storm south. Fingers crossed for a long shot here...

I was just going to mention something similar.  The disturbance today over OH produced some heavy rates and over-achieved in some spots.  Flakes were large and fluffy.

At least 2" out there by now, I'd imagine. 1.25" a little over an hour ago. I woke up this morning not even thinking about it snowing today. This won't make up for Monday f*cking us, but it helps slightly.

absolutely nothing here. It's starting to look like we might come out of the period with no snow when I was thinking we'd get 4-5 inches with all the clippers combined. >:(

Lol as soon as I said that it started snowing. We'll see if we get enough to cover the sidewalks here.

To my north, peeps will do better than me snow accumulation wise, but it is always good to see it fall from the skies.  A dusting so far.
